Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking to add a new receptionist to our team! This is a Full-Time position in Lakewood Ranch Florida.

The successful candidate should be personable and detail-oriented. They will need to welcome visitors, answer phone calls, take detailed messages and solve customer services issues with a friendly and organized approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm smile.
• Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Take detailed messages to ensure prompt followup
• Follow up with clients to ensure their happiness.
• Support other teams with various admin and data entry processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• One year of office or customer service work.
• Strong computer skills.
• Clear speaking and active listening voice.
• Calm and positive attitude under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
