Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Receptionist and data entry person to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service at Greenpark Products Ltd in Penrose.

 This is a full time position  offering an hourly rate at $32.00 Per hour

Please note:  that we are currently operating on a 32-hour, 4-day work week due to the current economic downturn. However, once business demand increases, we intend to return to our standard 40-hour, 5-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route phone calls.
• Greet visitors and clients with a warm attitude.
• Sort mail and manage packages.
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized.
• Handle basic data entry or scheduling.
• Carry out basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry.
• Working closely with our factory team to understand how products are made and what our clients need.

• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Know how to use computers, email, and phone systems.
• Punctual and reliable
• Follow Company Health and safety procedures.
