Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and organized front-office experience. The role involves patient coordination, appointment management, billing support, and administrative assistance while maintaining confidentiality and clinic standards.

• Maintain front desk Metrics, appointment logs, and daily reports
• Prepare weekly reports for new patient enquiry, marketing lead data and patient retention data.
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the reception area Support inventory tracking for front-office supplies Coordinate with the accounts team for daily cash and digital payment reconciliation Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and documentation
• Greet patients courteously and manage walk-ins and appointments Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate doctor appointments
• Maintain patient flow to minimise waiting time Handle patient queries, concerns, and basic counselling in a polite manner
• Schedule strategically according to the doctor availability Communication & Coordination
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally and promptly
• Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and patients Follow up with patients for appointments, procedures, and post-visit communication

Pay: ₹8,862.36 - ₹25,102.77 per month
