Lalla Beauty Lounge – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a polished, confident and warm personality to be the face of Lalla Beauty Lounge and create an exceptional experience for every client from the moment they walk in.

Your role includes: Welcoming and assisting clients with a luxury, professional approach Managing appointments, bookings & WhatsApp inquiries Following up with clients and converting inquiries into bookings Recommending services, packages & products Handling payments and daily front-desk operations Managing client feedback and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction Supporting the team to maintain a smooth salon operation

We’re looking for a female receptionist who is:Presentable & well-groomed Excellent in English (Arabic is a plus) Experienced in salon, beauty, spa or luxury hospitality Strong in communication & sales Confident with WhatsApp and booking systems Organized, proactive and professional Passionate about creating a memorable client experience
