Front Desk Receptionist

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Tagalog – required
• Previous hotel, hospitality, or front-desk experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Tall and attractive candidates preferred
• Strong customer-service skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Answer telephone calls and manage reservations or guest information
• Provide information about hotel facilities and services
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
