Job Summary

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to manage the reception area, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
• Handle visitor entries and maintain reception records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain the reception area in a neat and professional manner.
• Respond to basic visitor and employee queries.
• Coordinate with different departments for visitor requirements.
• Maintain daily records, registers, and office documentation.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Handle emails and basic MS Office tasks.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the front office.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
