We’re hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in Phoenix, AZ to welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, and keep the front desk running smoothly. If you’re friendly, organized, and comfortable speaking with different kinds of people, this could be a great opportunity to get started in an office environment.

What you’ll handle

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll:

• Welcome visitors and assist with basic questions
• Answer incoming calls and connect callers with the right person
• Schedule and confirm appointments when needed
• Receive and organize mail, packages, and deliveries
• Keep the reception area neat and welcoming
• Help with basic data entry and everyday office tasks
• Assist the team with other front desk needs
