Front Desk Receptionist

We’re growing our El Paso office and need a Front Desk Receptionist who brings a bit of personality to the front desk.

The Practical Stuff
- Full-time | Monday–Friday | Typically 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Paid training, weekly pay, benefits, paid time off, and opportunities to develop within the team.

Your Corner of the Office

• Welcome visitors and get them settled
• Answer calls and direct them to the right person
• Keep calendars and appointments up to date
• Manage mail, deliveries, and meeting rooms
• Help with filing, scanning, and basic admin
• Keep reception looking presentable

Sounds Like You?

• Naturally friendly and comfortable meeting new people
• Organised and good at keeping track of the little things
• Confident using email and basic office software
• Reliable, professional, and willing to help
• Reception or customer service experience is useful, but not essential
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
