Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, confident, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitors and calls, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, candidates, and business partners professionally.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Maintain visitor records and reception-related documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments with management and team members.
• Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks.
• Receive and manage courier, parcels, and company documents.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Provide basic information about the company, services, and ongoing activities.
• Support the team with other administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administration preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and Google Workspace.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle visitors/calls professionally.
• Punctual, responsible, and well-organized.
