Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Front Desk Executive with 25 years of experience to manage front office operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently handling administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
• Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and facility-related requirements.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
• Support HR and administration teams with onboarding, documentation, and other administrative activities.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with company security and reception procedures.
