Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients or visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and follow-up arrangements.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Process payments (cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts, maintain proper records, and ensure timely submission of daily collections.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM, Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience in customer service, receptionist, or cashier roles preferred.

• Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
