Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

T-Three Promoters is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and provide excellent assistance to clients, visitors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist clients and visitors.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Admin departments.
• Maintain visitor records, documents, and front-office registers.
• Handle basic client enquiries and direct them to the concerned team.
• Manage day-to-day front-desk and administrative activities.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
• Support the team with basic MS Office and documentation work.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience; freshers can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, polite, and presentable personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in real estate or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
