Front Desk Receptionist

Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:30pm | No Weekends

We are hiring a full time Front Desk Receptionist to support our office team. Our front desk deals with clients, visitors, interviewees, deliveries and incoming calls throughout the working day, so we need someone who is confident around people and comfortable being the first point of contact for the company.

The job

• Welcome visitors and manage sign ins
• Answer and transfer incoming calls
• Let colleagues know when appointments arrive
• Manage meeting rooms and bookings
• Accept post, deliveries and couriers
• Keep the reception area organised
• Help with general office administration

• Friendly and confident communication
• Professional appearance and manner
• Good organisation and timekeeping
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Reliable Monday to Friday availability
• Able to manage several small tasks at once
