Front Desk Receptionist

Livingston, NJ based business looking for a motivated Bilingual Spanish receptionist to support our sales staff and to handle client-facing duties. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, computer skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phones in a timely manner and direct calls to the appropriate parties
• Responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, responding promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Identify and escalate complex issues for further assistance

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Reliable transportation to and from our office in Livingston, NJ

Pay:

• From $18 - $22 depending on experience

Schedule:

• 8 Hour Shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• At least 2 years experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative
