WE’RE HIRING – FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE / RECEPTIONIST

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month based on performance & Experience

Experience: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors, students, and clients professionally.

• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages.

• Manage front-desk operations and maintain visitor records.

• Coordinate with internal teams and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Handle student/client enquiries and provide basic information.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

• Good spoken English and Tamil.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).

• Ability to multitask and handle people confidently.

• Candidates with prior front-office/reception experience are preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
