Front Desk Receptionist

We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join a busy office team and take care of the front desk throughout the working week. You will meet clients, visitors, interviewees and suppliers, while working closely with different departments across the business.

Around the front desk

As our Front Desk Receptionist, your day will include a mixture of reception and general office support:

• Welcome visitors and let colleagues know when appointments arrive
• Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls
• Manage the visitor sign in process
• Keep meeting rooms and reception areas presentable
• Accept deliveries, post and courier collections
• Help coordinate meeting room bookings
• Respond to general email and in person enquiries
• Complete straightforward administrative tasks between visitors

About you

You should be friendly, organised and comfortable being the first person someone meets when they enter the office. Good communication and a professional manner are important, along with basic computer skills and attention to detail.
