Front Desk Receptionist

Our Charlotte office is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to take care of reception and provide general support throughout the working day.

The front desk sees a mixture of clients, visitors, interviewees, deliveries and incoming calls, so we need someone who is comfortable dealing with people and can keep things organised when several things happen at once.

The Important Details

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 35 to 40 hours per week
• Daytime working hours
• Office based in Charlotte
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Paid training

At Reception

You’ll be responsible for the front desk during your shift, including:

• Welcoming visitors and checking them in
• Letting colleagues know when appointments arrive
• Answering and transferring telephone calls
• Taking messages when someone is unavailable
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Receiving post, packages and courier deliveries
• Keeping reception and meeting areas presentable
• Helping with printing, scanning and basic data entry
• Providing general administrative support when the front desk is quiet
