• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems.
• Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Assist in coordinating guest services to enhance their stay experience.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls or taking reservations.
• Support the hotel’s hospitality management initiatives by participating in training sessions.
