Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception desk and handle incoming calls professionally.
• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and candidates.
• Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor entries.
• Handle courier, documents, and office correspondence.
• Maintain front-office records and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments for meetings and visitors.
• Assist with basic administrative and office coordination activities.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Smart, presentable, confident, and professional personality.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
• Prior experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or administration is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills can also apply.
