Front Desk Receptionist

We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Fayetteville office. It’s an important position because you’ll often be the first person a visitor, client or caller speaks to.

We need someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people. You should be friendly and approachable, but also organized and professional enough to manage a busy front desk throughout the day.

At the Front Desk

• Welcome visitors and direct them to the right person
• Answer and transfer incoming calls
• Manage general emails and enquiries
• Book meeting rooms and appointments
• Receive mail, packages, and deliveries
• Keep reception and meeting areas presentable
• Update records and complete basic data entry
• Help with general office administration

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Full-time, permanent
On-site in Fayetteville, NC
No scheduled weekends
