We are a dynamic and growing Allied Health clinic based in Gladesville (lower north shore, Sydney) committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Brain Hub is a recognised health-care centre for helping people with complex neurological conditions, including post-concussion syndrome, dysautonomia, balance and dizziness conditions, stroke, as well as ADHD, ASD, genetic disorders, cerebral palsy and more. We currently operate 2 clinics (next door to each other) with one dedicated to adults and the other to children.

Description:

We are seeking a warm, friendly, organised Receptionist to join our neurorehabilitation clinics in Sydney. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Remuneration commensurate to employment arrangement (permanent/casual) and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for managing phone and email inquiries
• Booking/revising appointments
• Processing payments and managing billing
• Liaising with healthcare staff and practice manager to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Maintaining patient records with confidentiality
• Supporting the clinical and broader team with administrative tasks

About You:

• Australian residency/ citizenship
• 2+ years of previous experience in a receptionist/customer service role, preferably in healthcare
• NDIS experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (fluent english essential)
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive and friendly attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Familiarity with clinic booking systems
• Possess Paid WWCC and National Police Check
