About the role

Bodyline in Yarraville is an adult massage parlour and is currently seeking confident, reliable and professional team member to join our front of house reception team. We are LGBTQ friendly and encourage all applicants.

• Receptionist Position

Bodyline works on a rotating schedule of two day shifts and two night shifts then four days off.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and discreet environment while assisting with day-to-day venue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and professional manner
• Answering and directing phone enquiries
• Managing appointments and reception bookings
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
• Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Assisting with general venue operations and time management

About You:

• Friendly, well-presented and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable with good organisational abilities
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Previous customer service or reception experience preferred but not essential
• Previous cash handling experience is an advantage
• Must have valid Australian work rights
