Responsibilities:

• Answer multi telephone lines in a polite and professional manner. Take detailed messages as needed.

• Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and by answering or directing inquiries.

• Manage attorneys schedule efficiently. Calendar phone calls, meetings, and deadlines.

• Develop and maintain hard copy and/or digital filing systems of documents in an organized manner.

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

• Picking up and dropping off documents as needed.

• Assist attorneys and office staff in other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would have an open mind to getting trained on how to complete basic tasks.

· Fluent in English & Spanish

• Must be organized and able to coordinate and calendar multiple events.

• Ability to screen and route phone calls to the appropriate person.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Must be reliable and with reliable transportation (Attendance is important).

• High attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule: 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
