Front Desk Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy Cardiology and Vascular Surgery practice. We have offices located in both Davenport and Winter and you will be required to travel to both offices. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ONE SATURDAY A MONTH AND WORK IN BOTH OUR WINTER HAVEN AND DAVENPORT OFFICES

Duties

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
• Collecting Copays
• Running Insurance eligibility
• Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and route inquiries efficiently
• Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff or practitioners as needed
• Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping
• Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and mail distribution
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and maintaining office cleanliness
• Experience with EClinical EHR is as plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
