SEVA Healthcare is a pain management practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. We're expanding into Santa Fe, New Mexico, and looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be one of the first faces our patients see at our new location.

About the Role

We're hiring a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to cover our Friday and Saturday shifts. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing practice — strong performance and continued clinic growth may lead to a full-time position in 2027.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Check patients in and out, verify demographic and insurance information
• Answer and route phone calls; manage the front desk email/message queue
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Collect co-pays and process patient payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
• Scan, file, and manage patient documents in compliance with HIPAA
• Communicate with clinical staff regarding patient flow and scheduling needs
• Handle general administrative tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience (medical office experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with computers and basic office software; EHR/scheduling software experience a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Location: Santa Fe, NM (on-site)
• Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $18.50–$22.50/hour, depending on experience
• Growth Opportunity: Potential shift to full-time employment in 2027 as the clinic grows

Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
