Part Time - 1099 Contract Position ( switching to W2 employee in the future)

Michigan Clinical and Therapeutic Massage is an established local clinic providing customers with excellence in holistic care, massage therapy, skincare and bodywork. Come and be a part of our dedicated team of massage professionals!

Required Days of Availability: Monday - Friday (some Saturdays & Sundays) Hours range from 9:30AM - 4:30PM.

We have an immediate opening for a Front Desk Receptionist who is very confident and comfortable around clients and therapists with great communication skills.

Please see the details below:

• $16/hr
• Front desk duties: answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting customers, check out customers, sell products and communicate promotions.
• Communicating with customers via email, phone and in person
• Communicating with therapists in regards to scheduling and clients arrival.
• Ability to make the office run smoothly
• Excellent customer service skills (required)
• Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards with additional assigned duties as needed
• Up to 25+ hours per Sun - Sat week scheduling
• Must have a High School Diploma (a great opportunity for a college student)
• Must be reliable

All candidates must be dependable, willing to learn, have great communication skills, schedule flexibility, be willing to work some weekends and evenings.
