Our nail salon is looking for a friendly and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!
Job Overview:
As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the salon
- Check appointments and manage the booking system on the computer
- Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service and support the team as needed
Requirements:
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Responsible and dependable
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
