The ideal candidate for the receptionist position should be able to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Be self-motivated, independent, yet works well with a team. have strong multi-tasking skills and enjoy working in the customer service field.

Essential Skills And Abilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival
• Answer the phone
• Provide customers with tour information
• Book tours in person and over the phone
• Check customers into the system
• Set up equipment for the tour guides/ Clean and put equipment away
• Check customers out at the register
• Restock product as needed
• Keep office clean, organized and presentable
• Ability to multi-task
• Maintain a presentable appearance
• Be able to pay attention to detail
• Computer proficient
• Punctual and reliable
• Occasional tutorial on how the equipment works

Preferred

• Register experience
• Some previous customer service experience
