Front Desk Receptionist

WE ARE HIRING – FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

Olympeak Physio & Sports Science is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Front Desk Executive to join our team.

Location: Bangalore
Position: Front Desk Executive

Salary: ₹14,000 onwards (based on experience and skills)

Work Timings:

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Timings may vary depending on the day and patient requirements.
• 1-hour lunch break included

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients/clients professionally.
• Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and client enquiries.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists, doctors, trainers, and other team members.
• Maintain client records, attendance, and appointment data.
• Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic daily cash reconciliation.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and pending payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with data entry, reports, documentation, and daily administrative work.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and approachable personality.
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk.
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, fitness, or sports facility is preferred.
