Front Desk Receptionist

Greet patients arriving in the office

Verify that information in the electronic medical record is correct

Acknowledge patient arrival via phone or text message and process patient arrival in the schedule

Handle phone calls including, but not limited to, patient registrations, appointment scheduling, message taking, etc.

Confirm patient appointments for the next day

Verify insurance information for upcoming scheduled appointments, call patients to clarify changes as needed.

Faxing / Correspondence and other related office tasks as needed.

Applicants must enjoy working with the public and they must be friendly and comforting with all patient / family contacts

Will be required to rotate between or 2 office locations (Foxboro and Wrentham)

Some weekend and holiday requirements

Possible evening shift until 8 PM

Must be able to maintain a steady pace as our offices are very busy and see a high volume of patients per day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
