Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team at the front desk. This position involves greeting customers, helping them pick up their orders, answering questions about our services, and assisting with basic office tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they come into the shop
• Help customers pick up their completed orders
• Answer phone calls and basic customer questions
• Explain our services and what we can or cannot do
• Help create quotes for customers when needed (training provided)
• Charge customers for their orders
• Respond to emails and messages
• Enter basic information into the computer
• Help keep the front desk area organized

Skills:

• Friendly and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable using a computer and basic office equipment
• English & Spanish required

**Position Details:**This is a full-time position. Training will be provided. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities to grow with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
