Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will handle front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide high-quality administrative support. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Visitor Management: Welcome, greet, and direct visitors and clients to the appropriate person or office.
• Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
• Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
• Office Security: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (logbooks, visitor badges).
• Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, maintain office calendars, and assist other departments with clerical tasks (data entry, filing, copying).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role is preferred.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional dress and demeanor.
• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English is required

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
