Front Desk Receptionist

• Location : Rajhans Feriado (Dandi Road)

• Welcome Guests: Greet visitors with a warm and professional attitude.

• Smooth Check-In: Complete the check-in process by verifying guest identities and assigning rooms or tables.

• Handle Queries: Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and solve guest complaints quickly.

• Guest Check-Out: Manage a smooth check-out process for departing guests.

Accounting & Billing

• Final Billing: Prepare accurate final bills for guests during check-out.
• Payment Processing: Accept and process cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.
• Daily Ledger: Record daily cash flow, expenses, and receipts in the accounting system.
• Financial Reports: Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for management review.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: Prior experience working in hospitality front desk roles or basic accounting.
• Tech Skills: Good knowledge of computer systems and hospitality software.
• Math Skills: Strong basic math skills to handle money and billing without mistakes.
• Communication: Clear and friendly communication skills in English and local languages.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once in a busy environment.
