Front Desk Receptionist

We are hiring a front desk receptionist to be the face of the office and the welcoming first point of contact at our busy eye care practice in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

The role

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the office — greet and check in patients and answer incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and referrals
• Verify insurance and collect patient information
• Document in the EMR (electronic medical record)
• Support patient communication and front-office workflow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer-service experience (medical office experience a plus)
• Comfort with scheduling software and electronic health records a plus
• Friendly, organized, and dependable

Location & schedule

Full-time, on-site at our office at 250 Fame Ave, Suite 225, Hanover, PA 17331 — serving York & Adams County, PA and Carroll County, MD.
