Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel systems
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
• Promote IHG One Rewards program and hotel amenities
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (experience with PMS systems is a plus)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
