Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time or per diem basis. This role primarily covers Friday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling based on availability. There is potential for a consistent, set weekly schedule for the right candidate, or continued flexibility if preferred. Additional weekday hours may also be available, depending on your availability and willingness

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Verify patient demographic and insurance information
• Collect co-pays and process payments at time of service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office/waiting area
• Scan, file, and manage patient documents in compliance with HIPAA
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding patient flow
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
