What they need
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical office. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to patients while assisting with daily administrative and front-desk responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and office staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish — required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and patient-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
Work Location: In person
