Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a front desk receptionist to add to our busy two-doctor optometry practice. We are looking for a team player with a warm, professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail. Experience in a optometry/medical office or experience in other fast-paced customer service position is a plus. We pride ourselves on providing customized, patient-centered care, making each appointment an enjoyable experience. We look forward to meeting you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phones, texts and emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Confirming insurance information and referrals
• Addressing patient questions and concerns
• Collaborating with referring providers and practices
• Coordinating patient referrals
• Checking patients out, posting charges and receiving payments

This position is for part-time or full-time (three or four days per week). Pay and benefits competitive.
