Front Desk Receptionist

EBJ Day Spa & Salon is looking for a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, polished, and exceptional spa experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly and confident, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests both in person and over the phone
• Schedule, modify, and manage appointments accurately and efficiently
• Communicate and uphold our 24-hour cancellation policy
• Assist guests with memberships, gift cards, retail products, and spa tours
• Educate guests about our services and encourage engagement with spa offerings
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper front desk procedures
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Communicate guest feedback and operational concerns to management
• Support the overall daily operations of the spa and contribute to an exceptional guest experience

Compensation

• Hourly
• Additional earning opportunities through membership commissions

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous spa or salon experience preferred
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a busy environment
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma required
