Front Desk Receptionist

• Perform check in and checkout task
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Inform guest about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Maintain awareness of the property’s soundings throughout the shift
• Multi task and be pro-active in taking on other task

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Be able to handle various guest interactions
• Ability to work independently in meeting guest needs and prioritize and organize work
• Customer service attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
