Front Desk Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, caring, and dependable person to join our dental team as a Receptionist!

If you enjoy working with people, making patients feel comfortable, and being part of a welcoming team, we’d love to hear from you. Dental and insurance experience is a plus, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person! We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine care for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
• Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with questions
• Checking patients in and out
• Scheduling and booking appointments
• Collecting co-pays and other payments
• Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
• Assisting with insurance and billing
• Scanning and organizing patient documents
• Helping bring patients back to the operatory
• Assisting with general front-office and clerical tasks
• Working closely with our team to help provide a great patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is friendly, personable, and enjoys interacting with patients
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, professional, and able to work well with a team
• Previous dental office, insurance, or billing experience is preferred, but not required
• We are happy to train the right candidate!
• Hours: Monday and Wednesday 7 AM -4 PM, Tuesday 10 AM - 7 PM, Friday 9 AM - 3 PM, and on Saturday a month 9 AM - 3 PM
