Front Desk Receptionist – Chiropractic & Acupuncture Office

Revive Chiropractic Group is seeking an outgoing, cheerful, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide every patient with a welcoming and positive experience.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
• Outgoing, cheerful, friendly, and professional
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous medical, chiropractic, or front-desk experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Answer telephone calls and assist patients in English and Mandarin
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist patients with intake forms and office paperwork
• Maintain accurate and organized patient information
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members
• Collect payments and provide receipts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office area
• Support the office’s daily administrative needs
• Work closely with the entire team to keep the office running smoothly
