Front Desk Receptionist

We are Looking for a holistic health minded addition to our team at Chattanooga Holistic Medicine.

We are diverse group of alternative health professionals located in North Shore Chattanooga. Our clinic specializes in acupuncture, massage therapy, personal training, chiropractic and functional medicine . We are looking for someone to fill a part-time role as our front desk receptionist.

Hours are;

20-30 hours weekly. Saturday and Sunday hours available as well.

Job duties are scheduling and taking payments for our therapists. Laundry and room management. Answering calls and emails to guide people to the correct provider.

Required skills needed for the position are a strong background in office management. Tech literacy and AI adoption skills. Team player mentality. Bonus for background in sales and marketing. And a calm, warm and grounded personality to greet our members!

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
