Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking an entry level dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front desk responsibilities while supporting various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
• Manage phone, schedule appointments and schedules
• Perform light data entry, filing, and clerical duties to maintain organized records.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including sweeping and washing and folding towels, and weekly cleaning duties
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Canva, for document preparation, image creating, monthly and quarterly expense reporting
• Maintain shop supplies, inventory and place orders as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be a self starter and independent worker.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for effective communication with clients.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
