Summary

As a Front Desk Receptionist at New Day Therapy Center, you will be the first point of contact for families and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks that support our mission of helping children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist families and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage phone calls and inquiries, providing information about our services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for therapists.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall experience for families.
• Assist with end-of-day office duties and ensure the front desk and reception area are properly closed and organized.
• Be available to work the closing shift, which may end at 7:00 PM.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with office management procedures is preferred.
