Liberty Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you’ll help create a welcoming experience while supporting our doctors, technicians, and patients. You make a difference!

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer multi-line phones, emails, and schedule appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client questions
• Communicate treatment plans, estimates, and discharge instructions
• Assist with safe animal restraint when needed
• Help with basic patient care and maintaining a clean hospital
• Learn and confidently use veterinary terminology, protocols, and procedures
• Support the veterinary team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Multitask while staying organized, accurate, and positive

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, veterinary reception, or relevant experience – Required
• Veterinary experience is a plus
• Orthopedic surgery experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional animal care education or certifications are a plus
• Monday–Friday availability; no weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
