Front Desk Receptionist

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 40 Hours/Week

• Tuesday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (overnight)

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate must be punctual, dependable, and able to consistently work the assigned schedule, including the two overnight shifts. Please submit your application or resume for consideration. Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations
• Answer phones and assist guests
• Respond to emails and guest messages
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate front desk records and shift reports
• Follow hotel policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable handling payments and reservations
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently, especially during overnight shifts
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Previous hotel or customer-service experience preferred

Attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. We are looking for someone who can be counted on to arrive on time and consistently work their scheduled shifts. Frequent call-outs or repeated lateness are not suitable for this position.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
