Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and text communications promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments in the booking system.
• Process payments, handle deposits, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
• Assist with client check-in/check-out procedures and explain spa policies.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and a polished presentation of the lobby area.
• Support staff with administrative tasks & client forms.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred (spa/medical office experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with booking systems, Microsoft Office, and/or POS systems preferred.
• Positive attitude, polished appearance, and a passion for customer service.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
