Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Associate is the face and first impression of Koze Spa. This role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to stay proactive and productive throughout the day. Our front desk team supports daily spa operations while creating a welcoming, calm, and organized environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and check them in and out
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Promote Koze Spa’s monthly deals, services, and memberships
• Handle card transactions and minimal cash
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and general inquiries
• Support estheticians with restocking and daily needs
• Perform laundry duties (towels and linens)
• Keep the front desk, waiting area, and retail area clean and organized
• Restock supplies and assist with daily spa operations

Qualification:

• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good phone etiquette
• Comfortable promoting services and specials
• Ability to stay productive during slow periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Must have availability for evenings and/or weekends

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
