IQ MD Skincare Medspa is looking for a Front Desk to work as a member of our team of the professional office staff. Willing to train and learn medical spa clinic. Candidate must have strong sales experience and be customer service oriented.
Pay is hourly

Prospects must have knowledge and experience of a spa and customer service with telephone experience.

Job description includes but not limited to:

• Ensuring client satisfaction through accuracy in setting appointments and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Answering phones, greeting customers.
• Setting client appointments, including rescheduling and moving appointments to accommodate client schedules.
• Handling client transactions accurately.
• Opening and closing spa; opening and closing register.

Must be able to work on Saturdays

• Requires strong computer and Internet skills. The job also requires flexibility in work hours.
• Must possess a keen work ethic and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task and have a professional attitude.
• Must have a professional appearance.
